Campers, boats and other items are not allowed to be stored in your driveway. In the past, there has been a one week maximum in your driveway with the understanding that it is only temporary to allow transition to storage or another place.
Please remember to curb your dog. The Town of Pompey has a MANDATORY leash law and a requirement for all dogs to have a license that can be purchased at the Pompey Town Hall.
To “curb” your dog simply means that you steer her toward the street to eliminate. The ideal place for her to go is in the street, just off the curb. This insures her safety by keeping her close to the sidewalk and away from traffic, but also keeps our neighborhood clean.
Also please pick up after your dog. If you have a dog, you’ve already bought into the notion that you need to “pick up” after it.
All of our residents want to maintain that curb appeal that brought us to the Preserve. If you are planning to attach it to the house or nearby please use some landscaping nearby to keep it from being a lawn ornament.
Please pay attention to the speed limits and stop signs. We have lots of kids in the neighborhood that might not always look both ways before darting into the road.
Please consult the website under the Modifications tab for the proper procedure. There is an Architectural Committee that needs to approve your planned project BEFORE the project can begin. Modifications, additions or alterations undertaken without prior approval by the Board of Directors are subject to removal, at the home owner’s expense. Above-ground pools are not allowed in the Preserve. Applications should be sent to HOA Vice President
