II. Approval of past EC minutes
Hugh Graham moves to waive reading and approve the 2015 Preserve HOA meeting minutes. Approved on voice vote at 2:05 p.m.

Annual Dues: $175
Raised the dues to $xxx per home, annual dues are used for:

Hugh Graham volunteered to be President. Graham was voted in by acclamation voice vote of all present.

Satellite Dish Installation
Please know that satellite dish installation is an addition that must be applied for through the HOA. All of our residents want to maintain that curb appeal that brought us to the Preserve. Planning to attach it to the house or nearby with some beautiful landscaping is all it takes!
Starting an Addition, Pool or other Project?
Please consult the website under the Modifications tab for the proper procedure. There is an Architectural Committee that needs to approve your planned project BEFORE the project can begin. Modifications, additions or alterations undertaken without prior approval by the Board of Directors are subject to removal, at the homeowner’s expense. Above-ground pools are not allowed in the Preserve.
