The annual Association dues for the 2020 calendar year is $200.00 per home. Homeowners are responsible for making timely payment of their dues regardless of whether they receive an invoice. The deadline for payment is by February 28. A $20 late fee will be assessed for any dues not paid in a timely manner.
In addition to the annual dues, upon the sale of any home within The Preserve, each purchaser must pay a one-time capital contribution fee to the Association of $100.00 within thirty (30) days of closing.

How are your annual dues used?
• Yard waste pickup, arranged and paid for by the HOA, not the Town.
• Landscaping of flower beds at the Creek Walk and both entrances.
• Grass cutting of Preserve common areas.
• Insurance for forever wild.
• Dumpsters for annual large item pickup.
• Annual block party food, bounce houses, and ice cream truck.
• Remediation of sinkholes and drainage in the forever wild.
• Maintenance of signage throughout the Preserve.
• Real estate taxes.
