PLEASE ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING OR SUBMIT PROXY
The annual meetings are crucial for the business of the Association to be properly conducted. If you cannot attend the meeting please submit your proxy! We must have at least 51% of the membership present in person or by proxy in order for there to be a quorum so that the meeting may proceed. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete and submit a proxy statement in advance of the meeting.

Election of new Board Member
Seth Gitner will be stepping down as Secretary and Kelly Kellish has expressed an interest in joining the Board. If anyone else is interested in running for the open position, please contact any Board member so we can add your name to the ballot. The election will take place at the annual meeting. We wish to thank Seth for serving as Secretary and his continued commitment to hosting our FB page and being our HOA webmaster!

Association notices and minutes will be posted on the site. Also posted are copies of the bylaws, covenants, rules and the procedures to be followed concerning any architectural modifications to homes within the Association. Please familiarize yourselves with the covenants, rules and procedures. The Board may be emailed through the site. Please put “HOA” in the topic line, so that emails make it through spam filters.
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
Each member of the Association should have received a booklet at the time of closing, if not sooner, which includes a complete copy of the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Preserve.” That document specifies certain rules and restrictions concerning both the private and common property within the Preserve and explains various things that can and cannot be done upon the properties within the Preserve. Each homeowner is responsible for complying with the covenants and restrictions. A copy of the Declaration of Covenants, and of amendments thereto, is posted on the Association’s website.
Process for Obtaining Approvals Required by the Covenants
Pursuant to the Covenants, the Board must approve modifications, additions and alterations made to the exterior of homes in the Preserve. Pools, fences, sheds, television dishes, and other items enumerated in the covenants must also be approved by the Board prior to installation. The approval process is set forth on the “Property Modifications” page of the Association’s website, as is an application form that should be printed, filled out, and submitted in connection with any application for approval.
