About The Preserve HOA
The Preserve Homeowners' Association owns and maintains fifty-five acres of land set aside as natural, open space with trails which wind through scenic fields and alongside Limestone Creek, with picnic and fishing access alongside the creek. Membership in the Association, and utilization of the Association's property, is limited to the 128 homesites located within The Preserve. Located within the highly regarded Fayetteville-Manlius school district, just outside of the Village of Manlius, and close to restaurants and shopping, The Preserve is ideally situated for families of all ages.
